If you're looking for an overnight stop on the C2C route, or a base so that you can explore the beautiful Lake District on foot, then Stafford House Lodge is the perfect place to be where a warm and friendly welcome awaits all of our guests.

This newly renovated barn is self-catering and is sited in the large walled garden of an enchanting Grade 11 listed “Folly” which itself is set in the magnificent grounds of Greystoke Castle.  Finished to a high standard, the Lodges are in perfect keeping with their surroundings.

Only 10 minutes from the M6 Motorway, we are perfectly situated for you to enjoy the stunning countryside.  It is ideal for walkers, cyclists and motorcyclists alike or indeed anyone who would just like to relax, enjoy the peace and tranquillity, and let themselves totally unwind

Pennine Lodge is the larger of the two, and can sleep up to 6 people.  As you walk into the kitchen and turn left there is a Twin Room with two single beds which has it's own wet room with shower, toilet and basin. As you turn right from the kitcben then there is a second wet room with shower, toilet and basin then a second room holding a set of Bunk Beds, 2 single Beds and a small sofa and TV.

The price is £50.00 per person per night
 

The above price include all bed linen and towels, also tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fruit juice, a selection of cereals, bread, butter and an assortment of jams and marmalades.

The Lodges are self catering and have a fully fitted kitchen with every convenience. 

To secure your booking we will require a deposit of £10.00 per person within 2 weeks of your original enquiry, which is none refundable in the case of cancellation.  If within that time we have not received the deposit or contact from yourselves, the rooms will become available to the general public once again.
