Classic Double Room
This Classic Double Room has been appointed with a King Size Bed, and has a Private Bathroom
It is complete with luxury Guest Robes, and an LCD Freeview TV/DVD. You will also find a radio alarm clock with wireless charging for i=phones and a USB port. there is also a hair dryer, rotating fan, and we also offer complimentry Wi-Fi.
The hospitality tray is filled with an abundance of tea, also decaffinated tea, there are various coffee options, hot chocolate, white and brown sugar, biscuits, bottled water, and fresh fruit.
We also offer fresh milk should you wish when you check in.
And last but not least, there is also a silent mini fridge where you can place the jug of fresh milk that we offer to accompany your beverages, along with anything that you may want to bring along.
The Bath/ShowerRoom comes complete with fluffy white towels and a fantastic range of toiletries from the Out of Eden Company.
You may or may not have been aware that in the past the Standard Double Room and the Twin Room had the use of the same Bath/Shower Room.
However due to Covid-19 this will no longer happen, unless it is a Family Group or Friends in the same "Bubble"
Once this room or the Twin Room has been Booked out, we will automatically "Block" the other room, so that you have the Bath/Shower Room to yourselves.
Prices from 2nd January 2023 to 23rd December 2023, then from 27th to 30th December 2023 are as follows:-
Based on 2 people sharing it is £65.00 per person per night = £ 130.00 per night.
The price for Single Occupancy is £90.00 per night.
Children's Prices from 1st January to 31st December 2023
0 - 5 Year's of Age is £40.00 per child per night.
6 Year's of Age and Above are at Full Price.
All of the above prices are inclusive of a Full and Hearty English Style Breakfast.
Please Note That The Room Price Will Increase For Christmas and New Year 2023.
December 24th, 25th and 26th 2023 will be £160.00 per night whether a Single Occupant or there are 2 people sharing.
December 31st 2023 and January 1st 2024 will be £160.00 per night, whether a Single Occupant or there are 2 people sharing.

During the 1st Lockdown in March 2020, we invested in a
"Fogging Machine"
By useing a special solution certified
to kill ALL Viral
& Bacterial Infections,
(should there be any present),
We are confident that we can operate as safe as we possibly can be.
We also meticulously clean and sanitise all areas, before finishing with a "Steam Cleaner"
making sure that everything is safe.
There are Hand Sanitisers in all 3 Bedrooms, as well the Breakfast Room in the Main House.
The Lodges also have Hand Sanitisers in the Kitchen.

Our En-Suite Double Room in the Main House has now been appointed with a Kingsize 4 Poster Bed, there is also wooden pannelling on some of the walls.
We hope that you will like the changes!
After the 3rd Lockdown we were allowed to re-open our Lodges on 12th April 2021, and we have made a few changes..
Blencathra Lodge now sleeps 2 People, and Pennine Lodge can sleep up to 6 People.
